The residential building for deafblind people on Dammweg 3 in Radeberg. It was inaugurated in 2010.

The foundation supports assisted living for deafblind people that is currently run by the Deafblind Service of the Protestant Church in Germany (DBS) in three types of living arrangements.

The flats are primarily rented to individuals with Usher syndrome type 1; first to those that are trained at gardening and can work in the Botanical Sensory Garden.
The decision concerning a rental contract shall be made by the foundation in coordination with the DBS.
The rental agreement shall be between the foundation and the tenant. Assistance will be provided by the DBS.
